Stumpey's Irish Stout

Cady’s Corner IPA
A careful blend of Michigan Cascade, Cashmere, Centennial, and Chinook hops that create a wide spectrum of flavors and aromas from fruity to earthy. 6.9% ABV

1823 ESB
This Extra Special Bitter has a toasted English malt flavor and is balanced by earthy, spicy hops. 6.3% ABV

Creamy Nut Brown
This reddish-brown English ale has a complex, medium-light malty body with a roasty character. Brewed with English malts, finished with a healthy portion of oats for a creamy texture and balanced by earthy and spicy hops. 6.2% ABV

Coconut Brown
Our Creamy Nut Brown flavored with coconut. 6.2% ABV
90 Shilling Scotch Ale
A Strong Scotch Ale that is richly malty from kettle caramelization with hints of roasted malt and plum. 8.1% ABV

Short's Brewing Co. - Mule Beer
Pronounced flavors of ginger and lime are accompanied by a biscuit like maltiness and a creamy body. This light-bodied, Moscow Mule inspired brew finishes with a spicy ginger kick. 4.5% ABV

Blackrocks - 51K IPA
American IPA is full of earthy grapefruit, apricot, and piney hop flavors and aromas with a nice balanced yet dry finish. 7% ABV

Starcut Ciders - Pulsar
Pulsar is a Dry Cider made with Michigan apples and Pinot Noir yeast. This cider blends tangy apple sweetness with a slight tartness before finishing crisp, clean, and dry. 6.4% ABV

Short's Brewing Co. - FLOAD
FLOAD is a Dark American Sour Ale brewed with raspberries. Very dark in color with a red hue and mauve head, this beer smells of fresh fruit, sour raspberries, and a hint of chocolate. 8.9% ABV

Dragonmead Microbrewery - Final Absolution Trippel
The very high gravity of this beer is balanced by the smoothness of its finish. Banana and Clove aromas come from the Belgian yeast strain combining with the generous dose of Belgian Candi Sugar. The Saaz hops help to give this beer a balanced bitterness with no noticeable hop aroma. 10.0% ABV

How We Make Our Beer

1. Milling

The malt kernels are cracked, maintaining coarseness of the husks, weighed, milled and transported by auger to the Mash Tun.

2. Mash

The cracked malt is mixed with hot water in the Mash Tun, converting starches to fermentable sugars.

3. Kettle Boil

The sweet wort produced by the mash is boiled and the hops are added.

4. Fermentation

The boiled wort is cooled down, yeast is added to the fermenter and the fermentation begins.

5. Conditioning

The beer is aged in our cooler at 39 degrees, then transferred to the bar.

6. Dispensing

Beer is drawn from the serving tanks and delivered to you! Actual brewing takes 12-14 hours and is ready to serve in 15-20 days depending on the type of beer.
