Hoppy Heartland Harvest Pale Ale 2018
This version of our classic American Pale Ale is brewed with Tahoma hops picked fresh the morning of the brew and finished with dried whole cone Cashmere hops from our friends at Top Hops Farm in Goodrich, MI. 5% ABV

Our Harvest Ale with a touch of cranberry. 5% ABV
Draak Pluis Witbieraboo
A crisp sessionable Belgian Witbier or White Ale, brewed with imported French pilsen, wheat malt and oats. Coriander and orange peel were added towards the end of the boil to give a fruity aroma and fermented with Belgian yeast. 4.7% ABV
Punkin' Weizguy
Starting with the same recipe as our Hefen-weizguy, this hefeweizen incorporates pumpkin and spices for the fall season. 4.7% ABV
Creamy Nut Brown
This reddish-brown English ale has a complex, medium-light malty body with a roasty character. Brewed with English malts, finished with a healthy portion of oats for a creamy texture and balanced by earthy and spicy hops. 6.2% ABV
Cady’s Corner IPA
A careful blend of Michigan Cascade, Cashmere, Centennial, and Chinook hops that create a wide spectrum of flavors and aromas from fruity to earthy. 6.6% ABV

Brewery Vivant - Big Red Coq
This beer was named after the red rooster from our logo and from the Wallonia region of Belgium. The deep red hue comes from the crystal malts in the mash. It lends the beer the backbone it needs to stand up to the excessive hop charges the brewers throw into the kettle. It’s the Citra hops that provide the mango, tropical fruit, citrusy flavor that makes this beer so unique. 6% ABV
Short's Brewing Co. - Slurm Lord
Slurm Lord is a double New England style India Pale Ale brewed with oats and a blend of Citra, Azacca, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Mosaic hops. 7.3% ABV
Dark Horse Brewing Co. - Reserve Special Black Ale
This beer has a dark, almost eerie presence with rich flavors that explode onto your taste buds with balanced, yet heavy malt-roast, and chocolate. The Reserve Special Black Ale drinks like a porter and finishes like a stout, so it fits nicely into the category of a delicious strong black ale. 7.5% ABV
Dragonmead Microbrewery - Final Absolution Trippel
The very high gravity of this beer is balanced by the smoothness of its finish. Banana and Clove aromas come from the Belgian yeast strain combining with the generous dose of Belgian Candi Sugar. The Saaz hops help to give this beer a balanced bitterness with no noticeable hop aroma. ABV 10.0%
Right Brain Brewery - CEO Stout Nitro
A dark bodied yet sessionable American Style Stout brewed with locally roasted gourmet espresso beans. Served on Nitro. 5.5% ABV  
Starcut Ciders - Pulsar
Pulsar is a Dry Cider made with Michigan apples and Pinot Noir yeast. This cider blends tangy apple sweetness with a slight tartness before finishing crisp, clean, and dry. 6.4% ABV

How We Make Our Beer

1. Milling

The malt kernels are cracked, maintaining coarseness of the husks, weighed, milled and transported by auger to the Mash Tun.

2. Mash

The cracked malt is mixed with hot water in the Mash Tun, converting starches to fermentable sugars.

3. Kettle Boil

The sweet wort produced by the mash is boiled and the hops are added.

4. Fermentation

The boiled wort is cooled down, yeast is added to the fermenter and the fermentation begins.

5. Conditioning

The beer is aged in our cooler at 39 degrees, then transferred to the bar.

6. Dispensing

Beer is drawn from the serving tanks and delivered to you! Actual brewing takes 12-14 hours and is ready to serve in 15-20 days depending on the type of beer.
