Our signature Porter. Delicious dark-colored, medium to full body, known for its creamy texture. A real treat! 6.5%abv

Creamy Nut Brown
This reddish-brown English ale has a complex, medium-light malty body with a roasty character. Brewed with English malts, finished with a healthy portion of oats for a creamy texture and balanced by Earthy, Spicy, English hops. 5.9%abv

Hoppy Heartland Harvest Pale Ale
This version of our classic American Pale Ale is brewed with Cascade and Chinook hops picked fresh the morning of the brew from our friends at Top Hops Farm in Goodrich, MI. 5.5%abv

Hefen-Weizguy Hefeweizen
A German-style wheat beer with aromas of banana and clove from the special yeast strain and hints of tart citrus and honey. 5.1%abv

Cady’s Corner IPA
A careful blend of Michigan Centennial, Cascade and Chinook hops that create a wide spectrum of flavors and aromas from fruity to earthy. 7%abv

Boo-dacious Blond
A Belgian Golden Strong Ale with complex fruity, aromatic esters, a hint of booze and balanced with the elusive Saaz hops. 9.5%abv *No Specials*

Arcadia Ales - MI-Berry-Vice
A sweet, tart refreshing fruit wheat beer fermented with red and black raspberries as well as blueberries. Hazy fuchsia in color topped by a white head with a hint of pink, this beer looks as sweet as it tastes. 6.3% abv *Michigan*

Founders Brewing Co. - Red's Rye IPA
Serious hop bitterness, along with an unyielding grapefruit bouquet from the Amarillo dry hop, balances the malty richness of four varieties of imported Belgian caramel malts. Pours a spectacular crimson with a creamy tan head. A generous addition of rye malt accentuates a spicy, crisp finish. 6.6%abv

How We Make Our Beer

1. Milling
The malt kernels are cracked, maintaining coarseness of the husks, weighed, milled and transported by auger to the Mash Tun.
2. Mash
The cracked malt is mixed with hot water in the Mash Tun, converting starches to fermentable sugars.     
3. Kettle Boil
The sweet wort produced by the mash is boiled and the hops are added.

4. Fermentation
The boiled wort is cooled down, yeast is added to the fermenter and the fermentation begins.
5. Conditioning
The beer is aged in our cooler at 39 degrees, then transferred to the bar.
6. Dispensing
Beer is drawn from the serving tanks and delivered to you! Actual brewing takes 12-14 hours and is ready to serve in 15-20 days depending on the type of beer.
