Boston Black Stone Porter
Our signature Porter. Delicious dark-colored, medium to full body, known for its creamy texture. A real treat! 6.4% ABV

Oatmeal Stout
Smooth and silky with a mild hop bitterness balanced by a bitter-sweet malt for a complex, medium-dry palate. 6% ABV

Cady’s Corner IPA
A careful blend of Michigan Cascade, Cashmere, Centennial, and Chinook hops that create a wide spectrum of flavors and aromas from fruity to earthy. 6.6% ABV

1823 ESB
This Extra Special Bitter has a toasted English malt flavor and is balanced by earthy, spicy hops. 6.3% abv

Creamy Nut Brown
This reddish-brown English ale has a complex, medium-light malty body with a roasty character. Brewed with English malts, finished with a healthy portion of oats for a creamy texture and balanced by earthy and spicy hops. 6.2% ABV

Coconut Brown
Our Creamy Nut Brown flavored with coconut. 6.2% ABV

A light coffee note with gentle grains. Crisp and refreshing. 4.5% ABV

Brewery Vivant - Big Red Coq
This beer was named after the red rooster from our logo and from the Wallonia region of Belgium. The deep red hue comes from the crystal malts in the mash. It lends the beer the backbone it needs to stand up to the excessive hop charges the brewers throw into the kettle. It’s the Citra hops that provide the mango, tropical fruit, citrusy flavor that makes this beer so unique. 6% ABV

Short's Brewing Co. - Ten Tickles
Ten Tickles is a Brut IPA brewed with blackberry, blueberry, and lemon. Deep pink in color with a slightly pink head carrying aromas of tart berry and dank citrus. 7.8% ABV

Griffin Claw Brewing Co. - IDIOM
Brewed with dark chocolate malt, English Brown malt and generous amounts of Amarillo hops supplying floral aromas of chocolate and coffee that lead into similarly smooth flavors and a bit of roast. 9.5% ABV

Vander Mill - Totally Roasted
The medley of cinnamon, pecan, and vanilla will dance on your palate. 6.5% ABV

Dragonmead Microbrewery - Final Absolution Trippel
The very high gravity of this beer is balanced by the smoothness of its finish. Banana and Clove aromas come from the Belgian yeast strain combining with the generous dose of Belgian Candi Sugar. The Saaz hops help to give this beer a balanced bitterness with no noticeable hop aroma. ABV 10.0%

Old Nation Brewing Co. - Electron Brown
In honor of our dear friend, and engineer, Ron Brown, we release this special tribute! An aggressive, double brown ale brewed with chestnuts for a pillowy mouthfeel and finished with fresh ground espresso beans for a huge coffee aroma and flavor. 8.1% ABV

How We Make Our Beer

1. Milling

The malt kernels are cracked, maintaining coarseness of the husks, weighed, milled and transported by auger to the Mash Tun.

2. Mash

The cracked malt is mixed with hot water in the Mash Tun, converting starches to fermentable sugars.

3. Kettle Boil

The sweet wort produced by the mash is boiled and the hops are added.

4. Fermentation

The boiled wort is cooled down, yeast is added to the fermenter and the fermentation begins.

5. Conditioning

The beer is aged in our cooler at 39 degrees, then transferred to the bar.

6. Dispensing

Beer is drawn from the serving tanks and delivered to you! Actual brewing takes 12-14 hours and is ready to serve in 15-20 days depending on the type of beer.
